There is access for larger vehicles from North Parade via Bath Sports and Leisure Centre. 9.   What will be the terms and conditions of hiring the site for my event?

Our standard Terms and Conditions can be found at: Bath Recreation Ground Terms and Conditions.  Additional Terms and Conditions may be introduced, however, for some large events, depending on use of the Ground and facilities.  Users are expected to return the site and its facilities in the condition that they receive them in.  This includes tidying up in the Cricket Pavilion.  Organisers should be cautious when using vehicles on the ground, especially in wet weather as this can cause bad rutting which will need reinstating, with the cost borne by the event organiser.   A reasonable deposit will be levied for payment prior to any event with refund following assessment of any damages.

For large events, organisers will be asked to supply their event management plan and evidence of Public Liability insurance cover, for a minimum of £5 million.   A Land Hire Agreement will also be issued for large events.
